Leadership is affecting execution, results and retention of talents. The motives for changing jobs can be characterised as: “people seek a brand – and leave a manager”. There is a lot of good management but leadership provides something additional… and often there is a gap between intention, behaviour and impact. Strong leadership provides more drive, engagement and execution of strategy.
During the program you will learn modern leadership – in an Asian context. You will get the opportunity to discuss and exchange leadership experience with participants through this network of leaders in Asia.

The program provides you with the newest leadership thinking in an Asian context. We invite you to a varying program combined with presentations, reflections, collegial sparring and knowledge exchange.

The program will be conducted by Bente Kjems Dyring who has many years of experience working with leadership development in Asia, together with Tune Hein who has worked globally as a leadership expert and adviser.
- Module 1 : 2 days from April 25th – 26th 2012 + Module 2: 2 days from June 13th – 14th 2012
- Both modules will be held in Singapore, Orchid Country Club www.orchidclub.com.
